While some infrastructure must be provisioned and configured with assistance from Metric Infinity, PBX operations, administration, and troubleshooting would be the responsibility of the customer.
Below is the list of infrastructure that can be provisioned for the user. Once initial provisioning is complete, the customer takes over operations of their server.

Virtual PBX Server
Metric Infinity provisions virtual servers on the Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform. The virtual machine is homed to the closest data center to the customer's business. There are several types of virtual machines available to the user.
VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK CONNECTIONS
Metric Infinity highly recommends provisioning VPN tunnels from your cloud server to your place of business. This allows your communication to safely traverse the internet, and prevents malicious attackers to hack into and use your server for fraud.

Metric Infinity can provision additional storage for use in any VM that we provision. You can use this additional storage for CDR databases, or for archiving call recordings. Customer would be responsible for how this storage is managed once it is provisioned.
ADD SIP TRUNKING
For service connection
Pair your newly provisioned VM with a SIP trunk provided by Metric Infinity. Hit the ground running with a service ready SIP trunk, complete with local and toll-free DIDs. Consult with Metric Infinity to quote and provision a custom tailored service connection for your business.
